Exceptional durability, versatility and no maintenance are the name of the game for this dock.  Naturally corrosion resistant, our aluminum docks are ideally suited for complex layouts and commercial applications as well as residential use.  The sky’s the limit as our modular components can be used to construct a dock of almost any size and shape.  Or expand your dock by simply adding sections as needed.

Standard Features & Benefits

	Bridged Framework Custom designed commercial quality aluminum bridge truss framework construction – corners reinforced by extra large gussets. Open framework design provides maximum strength with minimum weight and creates less wave resistance for superior stability. Truss design is strong and rigid making the dock extremely stable and more solid to walk on than standard box tube construction. Removable decking panels to allow access to underside of dock without getting wet. No wood to rot and no exposed foam.
	Superior Quality Floatation Tanks – Not All Floats Are Created Equal! Recessed into the framework and tight to the decking makes for greater stability and allows no space for animals. Heavy-duty polyethylene rotationally molded float tanks offer a level of toughness, rigidity, stress crack resistance and low temperature impact performance unmatched in the industry. Floats are filled with the highest quality EPS foam providing a solid foam core for added strength and durability. Meeting the strictest specifications and quality standards, our dock floats are backed by a 15-year warranty.
	Decking Decking Aluminum decking with a baked on finish providing for a durable nonskid surface that is cool to the touch. Extruded design for superior strength, low weight and corrosion resistance. Incorporates sound deadening material. Other decking options are available on request.
	Walkway Our custom designed aluminum walkway is 4’ wide and includes floatation at the dock end for stability. Handles are placed on each side of the walkway for ease in moving the dock up and down the securing cable. Galvanized steel protection bracket on the beach end incorporates a tow handle enabling the dock to be pulled out for winter.
	Hinges Specially designed full-width heavy duty piano hinges are used to connect the walkway and mainline giving a solid transition. No gaps for tripping or getting caught in.
	Cleats Nylon fold down cleats are included rather than the standard deck cleat. Tensile strength 27,000 PSI
	Hardware We also stock galvanized wire rope, chain, cable sliders, shackles and thimbles along with galvanized dock hardware for the do-it yourselfer.  In addition, we install anchors for mooring buoys and docks in the Shuswap area.
